Of three years or longer

Healthy Profits
EBITDA: £2m–£20m

Committed Management Team
An ambitious team with a positive culture and ethical approach

Recurring Revenue Model
Repeat or recurring revenues, with no contractual income

High Barriers To Entry
“Moat-like” competitive advantages

Simple Business Model
You should be able explain it to your parents or children

Limited Concentration
Customer concentration (<25%);
supplier concentration (<40%)
