Robert Hester joined RD Capital Partners as Chief Financial Officer in 2025. He brings over 25 years of experience in strategic financial leadership, including mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, and operational turnarounds. Robert has worked across diverse sectors, including brand outsourcing, property, media, and telecoms, with senior roles at Ceuta Holdings, Global Switch, and NTT Europe. He has successfully led multi- national finance teams, integrated acquisitions, and implemented transformative strategies to drive growth and profitability. Robert is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and has a BA in Economics from Kingston University.
