Sameer Rizvi co-founded RD Capital Partners in the summer of 2015. He splits his time between capital allocation, deal origination and portfolio management. Sameer started his career in investment banking, working at the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) in London. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from McGill University in Canada. Sameer is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) charterholder. He was the youngest CFA in the history of the institute when he received the honour in 2015. Sameer has also been recognised on the prestigious Forbes 30 Under 30 Finance list. Sameer is married to Iryna Dubylovska, and they are proud parents of four toddlers.

Prior to RDCP, Iryna worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland in London as an investment banker. Martin O'Donoghue Chief Legal Officer (CLO) Email | LinkedIn Martin O’Donoghue joined RD Capital Partners in 2023 and leads all legal aspects at RDCP. He has over 20 years of legal experience, having advised clients on commercial transactions globally. Prior to RDCP, Martin was a Partner at Armstrong Teasdale. Martin also worked at Teacher Stern and Eversheds. He is consistently recognised by the Legal 500 for advising on M&A transactions. Martin studied Law at University College Dublin and is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and the Law Society of Ireland. Martin also has an MBA.

He brings over 25 years of experience in strategic financial leadership, including mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, and operational turnarounds. Robert has worked across diverse sectors, including brand outsourcing, property, media, and telecoms, with senior roles at Ceuta Holdings, Global Switch, and NTT Europe. He has successfully led multi- national finance teams, integrated acquisitions, and implemented transformative strategies to drive growth and profitability. Robert is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and has a BA in Economics from Kingston University.
Rosie Howell Investment Director, Healthcare Email | LinkedIn Rosie Howell joined RD Capital Partners as an Investment Director in 2024, after working with the founders since 2016 as the CEO of RDCP Care, a care home group operating 21 freehold nursing homes. Rosie looks after the healthcare sector. Rosie has over 30 years of care home management experience, have worked in senior management roles at Embrace Care, Avery Healthcare and Restful Homes. Rosie has an undergraduate degree from Staffordshire University and is a fully qualified nurse.

He works with the founders on identifying and evaluating transactions and with the management teams to help them deliver on the potential of their businesses. Prior to RDCP, Paul spent over 25 years working in leadership roles at blue-chip companies such as City Electrical Factors, Rexel, Eland Cables and Cleveland Cable Company. Paul has a Masters in Law from University of Central Lancashire and an MBA from University of Gloucestershire. Paul has also spent over 5 years with the Royal Navy.
